Products must be returned within 30-days of order in original condition. Customized cards are not eligible for return, unfortunately.
When customization is available, there is a section to specify what you would like to add or change. Not all items are available for customization and customized items are non-returnable.
Not yet. This is a service I would like to offer in the future, but I am still currently figuring out an online business so completely custom items are not available for the time being.
